NO31 AB provides a software platform powered by artificial intelligence ("AI Receptionist"). This service enables automated customer interactions, messaging, scheduling, data capturing, and business communication support.

You understand that this system uses machine learning and may generate automated responses based on your business inputs.

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Take responsibility for all activity occurring under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon signing up, eligible users receive a 7-day free trial of the Services.

By entering your payment details during signup, you authorize NO31 AB to:

• Store your payment information
• Automatically charge your card at the end of the trial
• Automatically renew the subscription monthly until cancelled

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past charges.

• Payments are billed in advance.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
• Failed payments may result in account suspension.

Users agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Send spam, misleading, harmful, or deceptive messages
• Abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the platform
• Upload harmful code or interfere with system integrity

NO31 AB processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Services, you grant us permission to process data on your behalf to deliver the AI Receptionist functionality.

The AI Receptionist generates automated content based on your business inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving communication outputs where required.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

• Update the platform
• Modify features
• Suspend access for maintenance
• Discontinue parts of the service

Whenever possible, we will provide notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NO31 AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months

You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms or harmful activity.

Upon termination:

• Access to your account and data may be disabled
• No refunds are provided unless legally mandated

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

We may update these Terms. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
